1. Why Kunyu to learn Kung Fu culture? I wanted to explore more explosive movements quality.

2. What is your greatest gain? My greatest gain is that I found a new passion for Kung Fu. I definitely want to continue practice this art form. Doing the trainings and grading made me feel more connected  to my roots. I learned more about the Chi, energies in your body and connection between mind, body and spirit. All the shifus helped me learning new movements, the translators to communicate and feel welcomed in the beginning and the other students were there to help. 

3 Brief summary of my experience: I experienced the masters as passionate and extremely knowledgeable . I loved to learn from them. I think shifu Guo has the reaching skills that were fitting for me. Explaining a lot of details and having this calm energy. I liked the division of the day. Enough breaks and time to train. Around the holidays I would have loved to be earlier informed about the schedule. I find the food super tasty. The translators were always there to help. Even as couch Emil, I liked learning from him. He is very professional and knows a lot.

4 School Location : I loved the air！It’s so fresh. The nature and the mountains I really enjoyed. The silent in and around the school as well.Yantai was nice, more western as well and people that speak English that was less In Muping. I like Yantai city especially because of the nature and fresh air.

One month course in Feb 2025 

I chose China to study kungfu because for me it’s the country of kungfu, and also to discpver the Chinese culture. 

2.My greatest gain in the academy are the routine, the good rhythm of the week. Also the living of kungfu, I lived here like the beginmen. And I met a lot of great people (The stuents, and also the shifus and other work staff). 

3.All the people helped me for a lot different things.Like the students who live here.And also the translators and the shifu for their kindness. 

4.The experience it was incredible, I learnt and met many great people. I almost not learnt Tai Chi because I don’t like but all the other training it was perfect. And the calligraphy calss also amazing. All the equipment of the academy is good, and the masters ans translators are really amazing. 

5.The surroundings of the academy is very nice, with the temple, the mountain, it is such a beautiful place. Yantai city is big for the European people but it’s perfect to buy something to need on the academy. Thank you for everything. It was a very nice experience.

I am a solo-traveler in Asia. I wanted to learn something important from every country I visit. When I found out that there are martial arts academy in China. I decided to try for a month. 

2.I discovered a rigor and attention to details that I had never found in Europe. I discovered a bit of classical martail arts that were unknown and I appreciated their discipline and precision. 

3.Alll the shifus and the coach, some students influenced and helped me a lot. 

4.It has been a very short but intense experience, Time flew by, really! I always attended all the Tai Chi lesson in the morning and optional ones om the afternoon because I wanted to experience everything in the short time available. Unfortunately the fact that I wasn’t trained when I arrived and the constant pain in my groin made the training more painful, but, appreciated everything. The shifus have always been kind and patient and the translators always available. 

5.The environment here is beautiful, I was enchanted the first time I saw this place. It is the right place to concentrate and calm the thoughts. ord, the staff.
