I chose to China to study Kung Fu because I want to learn this for a long time to incorporate the physicality into my current dance as well as experiencing Eastern culture.

I’m also interested in the physical ,mental and overall wellbeing benefits of Kung fu.

Training in Kunyu mountain academy ,I gain strength, flexibility and discipline. And my master and my classmates influenced me a lot.

It was very hard and challenging at times, but I believe I was pushed to the best of abilities which has increased my overall confidence in myself. The support from the group is very warm and loving and it’s nice to do bonding activities altogether.

The surroundings here very beautiful. It’s fun to train in these beautiful places, as well, it feels like such a blessing.
